Whaaat? Uukha Alpha U5? Yes. Bener. Limbs anyar. Sampe juga nih di Konoha hehe.

Nah. Begini penampakan si Uukha setelah di unboxing. Ganteng ya? Entri level Uukha ini diklaim lebih baik dari your average laminated limbs. Baik secara speed, smoothness maupun stability. Dan yang oke nya, uukha, made in france.

Mengutip dari website Uukha :

Faster limbs improve accuracy especially in windy conditions, the lower trajectory means less time in the air, less wind drift, better sight marks and easier unmarked estimations at the longer distances.

To achieve an equivalent speed, you would need to draw up to 4# more with other limbs on the market.

Smoothness brings a pleasant comfort to your draw. This helps when shooting many arrows by helping you maintain proper technique, as if you were using a lower poundage bow.

Smoothness is a characteristic of the limbs’ profile and their draw force curve (DFC) at your draw length. Less slope means more smoothness.

Smoothness of U5 limbs is nearly equivalent to our previous S-Curve range, with a power increase of just over 3.5% at draw end.

Beyond 6% power increase at draw end, limbs can no longer be considered smooth.

To this day, our limbs remain significantly smoother than any laminated limbs on the market.

Every archer seeks stability which allows consistent arrow grouping. Stability comes from limbs’ torsional stiffness. This acts at two levels: first, if your limbs resist torsion, it will be very difficult to apply torque to the riser, and your bow will remain in line; second, when the arrow accelerates, nock travel will be straigther resulting in better grouping.

It is our premium materials and our layering technique that have allowed us to achieve an unprecedented level of stability.

Jadi apa maksudnya?

Yah pokoknya iklannya sih, katanya Uukha itu lebih smooth, lebih tinggi speed nya dan lebih forgiving. Katanya yaa.. alias atas dasar perasaan atau feeling, karena kami belum punya alat pengukur kurva lbs dan alat pengukur kecepatan alias chronograph. Pun kami belum semahir itu untuk bisa membedakan limbs mana yang lebih "forgiving" diantara limbs lainnya.

 Nah berikut kesan pertama uukha alpha timbang limbs lama yang bukan Uukha (versi archer 1):
- lebih firm
- lebih lesat (perasaan ini mah)
- lebih kuat nariknya ketimbang limbs lama dengan tiller sama yang tidak diubah (atau karna string spectra juga baru)

 

Kesan Uukha versi archer 2 : 

Sama persis ukuran dan lbsnya, tapi lebih berat yang ini dibanding Uukha lama generasi pertama, yaitu ex1-evo2.

 

Dan, untuk archer yang ketiga, bukan merupakan review tapi lebih kepada turun lbs untuk memperbaiki dan memperdalam form yang sedang di drilling. ...bytheway, keren juga yaa.. 26 lbs bisa nyampe di 50 meter point on x to x no gap lho. Wuss wuss..
